An Amazing trip to Azerbaijan

Last year end was totally memorable for me as I got a chance to visit and celebrate year end in a new country , Azerbaijan is the country where I went and trust me it was really an amazing trip. As mentioned on their tourism website “a land where eastern colours combine magnificently with western progress.” You will find exactly the same there. Before I arrived in Azerbaijan , I had some thoughts in my mind regarding the atmosphere and laws of the country (very strict laws ). But trust me, when I arrived it was totally different.

Armenia: In one word “Authentic”

I got a chance to visit Armenia for a familiarization trip, a short period but I decided to stay for 2 more days as I was in love with the country. The capital city Yerevan was a perfect blend of the old and the new. The republic square was full of nice cafes, shopping, monuments and beyond. People I met were like my own people and were very warm. My second stay was in Jermuk and again I was not disappointed but was surprised with what I was seeing around, snowfall and then Jermuk waterfall. The long route to Jermuk.

Travel Diary To Manali – Sonia Thomas

It was all smooth and calm till we reached Chandigarh from Cochin by 3 pm. Without a halt we boarded the Innova and we were supposed to have dinner at the resort. We had the nightmare of a road journey which took us to the resort around 3 am. Ever since we started the ascend the vehicle was rocking and rolling and we ended up with aching bellies. The roads were so battered and in some areas there were no roads at all, reason being construction of the mammoth hydro-electric project and the previous weeks’ landslides.

I wouldn’t be lying if I say that all of them were amazingly beautiful and incredibly stunning.
