In your role you will support the head of the department with strategy implementation, with managing key projects and initiatives that would help our long-term growth. The projects will vary based on your expertise and business need, and will be mainly focused on growth, acquisition marketing, conversions, lead generation, triggering campaigns, footprint development, expansion and customers retention.
You will leverage your management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, work with other departments and suppliers to execute plans, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive projects to successful completion.
You will play an active role in developing business cases, analyzing project goals, creating implementation plans, and then driving different team members and key stakeholders to achieve those goals.
You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators to help support the future state of each project and ensure sustainability. You will communicate project status updates to stakeholders and business leaders.
You’ll manage the development and implementation of your target audience digital customer acquisition activities. Set direction for targeted customer acquisition strategy for digital and social media marketing campaigns and organic channels using an iterative, data-driven approach across products.
Data Analysis: Improve KPIs by analyzing users’ funnel and marketing activities.
Experience with data analysis and marketing platforms (Excel, SQL, 3rd-party attribution, etc.)
Measure return on investment and engagement for digital marketing activities including establishing procedures to track and monitor digital marketing effectiveness and measure actual performance against planned performance. Plan, test, measure and iterate to optimize the marketing investment.
Optimize, optimize, and optimize all touch-points that lead to customer conversion.
Track campaigns, build reports, present findings, and make recommendations based on KPIs (were big on making data-driven decisions, you should be too!)
Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and affiliates
Monitor, test, and improve performance across all acquisition channels, providing actionable recommendations to maximize KPIs. Achieve acquisition forecast on a monthly basis.
Manage the relationship with digital media agencies and marketing platforms to ensure flawless execution of acquisition campaigns.
Lead innovation across acquisition channels to maximize performance
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing operations efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of performance and growth marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory & Arabic is preferred.
  • Outstanding understanding of Performance marketing and delivery of business transformation
  • Demonstrates ability to identify opportunities and has a customer-cantered approach
  • Evidence of working to strict deadlines on multiple projects; independently or within a team
  • Strong leadership and team player skills
  • Proven track record of Growth hacking endeavors
  • Experience in the OTA/Packages and e-commerce are a plus
  • No university degree required
