- Handling customer complaints within pre-agreed SLA’s
- Identify, evaluate and monitor relevant social media channels
- Manage social media properties such as Facebook, Instagram and twitter
- Responsible for responding to all Customer inquiries on Social Media
- Work closely with Sales team for delivery of customer orders.
- Communicating Social media reports and analytics.
- Reporting of Social media tools technical bugs and improvements to Social Media Manager, to be integrated in Social media tools improvement plan.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in handling Social Media Channels.
- Agree to work on shift basis.
- Arabic is a must.
- Good command of English Language.
- Travel & Tourism background is preferable.
